Crazy Cookie Brownie Cupcakes

Hey guys! Last night, I had my friend Desiree over. We watched the Dark Knight, went out for dinner, played Smash Bros. on the Wii (don't ask), but things really got interesting when we stepped into the kitchen. After a sugar-filled trip to Winn Dixie consisting of brownie mix, Oreos, Reeces Cups, and cookie dough, we brought out the muffin pan to make our night even better with some crazy good cupcakes.

Ingredients: Makes 12 cupcakes
Pack of cookie dough (I used Toll House Ultimate Chocolate Lovers)
Brownie mix (I used Ghirardelli Triple Fudge)
6 Reeces Peanut Butter Cups
6 Oreos

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes

First, preheat your oven to 350 degrees farenheight and spray your 12-count cupcake pan with cooking spray. To start building your masterpiece, take a square of cookie dough and flatten it on the bottom of a cupcake holder. Continue to do this to every section.

Now add your Reeces Cups and Oreos to each cupcake. This will be your center.
Now make your brownie batter and spoon it generously over each cookie/Reeces cup to make the top of your cupcake.

Finally, it's time to put these in the oven. Leave them in the oven for 20 minutes and let them cool for 10, so they'll still be warm and gooey but can come out of the pan without crumbling.
These were so delicious. My favorite was by far and away the Oreo ones, but the Reeces ones were fantastic also. One thing you could do to really make this dessert your own is mixing up what you put in the center. Maybe a Nilla Wafer?
I'd like to dedicate this post to Alyssa, one of my first loyal readers. She requested a new dessert recipe, so here you go! I love taking requests, and any suggests would be welcome. Feel free to drop a comment below or send me an email any time! Thanks, Alyssa!
